This is the first New Year card I have made.
I have matt and layered my A5 card with red and black & white polka dot card. I die cut the numbers with a Tonic die. I added the numbers to the scalloped circles which I cut with a Spellbinders die. I have added the circles diagonally across my card. I added the die cut celebrate which I cut with a Crafters Companion die set.
