Penguin Christmas Card

I have used a 6x6in white scalloped card. I have covered it with blue card. I die cut the penguins and paper pieced them. I used Tonic Nuvo drops for the penguins eyes.

I die cut the sentiment in blue to match the card and attached it to a white scalloped oval before attaching it to my card.

I completed my card with snowflakes that I cut with a punch.

Santa Christmas Card

I have made kits to make these cards for my local primary school.

I have used a 7x7in white scalloped card and matt and layered it with gold mirror card and white card. I die cut the Santa with a Tonic die and paper pieced him and cut him out. I used a Go Kreate scalloped oval die to cut an oval to add my sentiment to. I die cut the sentiment in gold mirror card. I completed the card with stars that I cut with a punch

Travel Journal Pages 11 & 12

 

On page 11 I have added  the envelope that I made using a die from the Crafters Companion from the Precious Memories collection. I die cut the Memorabilia using a Spellbinders die from a nesting set. I made pockets with the Tonic dies. I die cut the page element and cut it in half  and added spotty paper to the pockets. I die cut the tags using a Tonic die and added the Memories that I cut with a Xcut die.

Travel Journal Pages 9&10

 

I have made these pages using Tonic Memory Book Sets 1 and 2. 

Page 9 is closed with magnets.  On page 10 I have made a pocket using a die from Memory Book 1. I die cut an oval using a Presscut die from a nesting set and added the Memories that I cut with a Xcut die. The tags are cut using Tonic dies.

I have  used the Memory Book 2 dies to complete these pages. I used a Spellbinders die from a nesting set to cut the shape that I added the Memories sentiment to. I added a magnet to fasten the elements on this page. I used a Sheena Douglass die to cut the "Smile". The tags are cut with a Tonic die.

Travel Journal Pages 5 & 6

I have used dies from Memory Book 2 to layer the pages and add pockets. I used patterned paper and an old atlas. I die cut the tags using a Tonic die set and added the die cut Memories that I cut with a Xcut die.

Travel Journal Pages 3 and 4

 

Page 3 and 4 of my travel journal. 

I am using Memory Book 2 dies from Tonic to make my book. I have used dies from Memory Book 1 for elements for my pages.

I have cut spotty paper to add to my page. I cut a strip of card and scored it at 2in on both sides for it to wrap around the spotty die cut before I added it to my page. I covered the front of the strip of card with spotty paper. I used the dies from Memory Book 1 to make the element to add to this page using a magnet to close this element. 

On the next page I created a pocket. I covered the page with Kraft card and then cut the next size in the nesting set in white and cut this diagonally. I attached it to my page with red liner tape only on the 2 edges so it will create a pocket. I cut the shapes to mount the sentiment using a Spellbinders nesting set and then added the "Memories" that I cut with a Xcut die. I cut the tags using a die I had with a magazine and added satin ribbon to them. 

Christmas Card with Edge'able die

 

I have matt and layered my scalloped edge 8x8in white card with red glitter card and white embossed card. I used a Creative Expressions embossing folder. I used Crafters Companion Edgeable dies to cut the gold mirror card and attached these to my card. I paper pieced the die cut elements with red glitter card then attached gold satin ribbon across my card along with bows.  I die cut the sentiment using a Sue Wilson die and attached this to ovals cut with dies from a Presscut nesting set then attached it to my card. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Travel Journal

I have been asked by a friend if I could make a travel journal for her because she can't find one to buy. So, I decided to make one as a gift for her birthday. 

Here is the front cover and first two pages .

I have used Tonic dies to make my book. I have use a Presscut oval nesting set. The Memories and Anchor are cut with Xcut dies.

 

Birthday Card

 

Not a great photo because I had to take it quickly in artificial light last night before sending the card. 

I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with gold mirror card and black card. I used a Sue Wilson die to cut the three panels. I cut them in gold mirror card and attached the three of them together onto white card before attaching them to my card blank. I die cut the perfume bottles using Sue Wilson dies. I used the mirror card and black card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut that also with a Sue Wilson die from a nesting set and die cut the other elements in the gold and black card to compliment the other elements. I attached the perfume bottles and sentiment element with foam pads. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Gift Box

 

This is a gift box I made for a friend.

I have made the gift box using the dies from the Tonic Studios Hexagon Kaleidoscope collection .

I took the inspiration from one of the DT projects.

I cut the box in black and white card. I paper pieced elements of the decorative panels.

Actress Birthday Card

The request I had for this card was difficult to follow. The recipient wants to be an actress and has applied to Rada in London.

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white scalloped edged card with red glittery card and white embossed card.  I printed the images that I found online. I mounted one onto yellow card and red glittery card and the other on to black card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a die from The Works. I used the next size in the nesting set to cut red glittery to mount the sentiment. I added the recipients name on the image.

Smile page

This is my DT project for craftyhazelnutspatternedpaper

I have been making a Memory Book using Tonic Studios Dies. I die cut the page in white card and matt and layered it with black and white spotty card. Cutting the 3rd layer in half to create a pocket. I die cut "Smile" with a Sheena Douglass die. I used a Tonic die to cut the tags and added photos to the tags.
