Poinsettia Christmas Card

I have covered my 8x8in card with patterned paper from my stash. I die cut the baubles using a Spellbinders nesting set. I die cut the poinsettia with Marianne dies and the holly flourishes with a Cheery Lynn die and also cut mistletoe. I die cut the sentiment in gold and white to slightly offset them when attaching them to my card. I assembled these elements on my card and completed my card with flat backed pearls.

16th Birthday Card

I have been asked to make a personalised 16th Birthday card. The friend who requested it picked the topper so I knew what I had to work with.

I went for a simple design. I matt and layered the 8x8in white card with black card and then pink/red card. I added spotty paper by Anna Marie to the top of my card and then added satin ribbon across the centre. I attached the topper from a Hunkydory book to black card before attaching it to my card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Presscut oval die from a nesting set and then cut the next size in the nesting set in the pink card to mount the sentiment before adding it to the card.

Christmas card

I am trying to be prepared with my Christmas cards this year. I remember one of my neighbours liking a card very similar to this last year so I decided to make one for her.

I have matt and layerd my 8x8in white card with red card and then white embossed card. I embossed the white card with a Crafts Too embossing folder. I die cut the trellis design with a Tonic die and the candles with a Marianne die. I attached those to my card. I then added the holly flourish that I cut with a Cheery Lynn die and then the poinsettia that I cut with a Marianne die. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops and flat backed pearls.

Golf Good Luck Card

A card for a keen golfer.

I have used an image from a Hunkydory book. This book has come in handy so many times when making cards for a man.

I matt and layered my 8x8in Kraft card with navy and then kraft card. I added a strip of navy card and then a strip of Creative Expressions ribbon. I attached the topper to a piece of navy card before attaching it to the card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Presscut oval from a nesting set and then die cut ovals  in navy and kraft card with the next sizes in the nesting set to mount the sentiment. I attached this to my card before completing it with a die cut cup that I cut with a Marianne die.

Lion Birthday Card

This is my project for the challenge over at Moving along with the times

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with brown card then three rectangular pieces of paper with animal print that I found in my stash. I attached the lion that I die cut with a Tonic die. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Presscut die from a nesting set and then cut the brown and tan ovals to mount the sentiment.

Floral Christmas Card

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red and then green embossed card. I embossed the green card using an Embossalicious embossing folder. I die cut the ovals using dies from a Presscut nesting set. I cut the ovals in red, green and white card. I attached these ovals to my card and then added the sentiment that I cut with a Sizzix die. I attached the wreath to my card using hot glue. I decorated the wreath with flowers, mistletoe, frosted beads and gold embellishments. Some of these embellishments are from Anna Marie designs and some are from my local artificial floral supplies. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

New Home Card

I have been asked to make a personalised New Home card.

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red and white spotty card and white embossed card. I embossed the white card with a brick effect folder. I die cut the various elements with Memory Box dies to resemble a house, these dies are great for this. I have printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a die from a nesting set from The Works and die cut the next size in the set in red card to mount the sentiment. I then added a small butterfly that I cut with a  die I had free with a magazine and then finally Tonic Nuvo drops.

Birthday card for a knitter

I have been asked to make a 60th birthday card for a lady that likes to knit

I have used the Tonic jigsaw die set to create this card.

I used lilac and purple card to cut the jigsaw elements. I assembled my 8x8in white card by covering with gingham card then attaching the elements of the jigsaw. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with an element from the jigsaw die set and added that to my card.

I have used the Xcut Haberdashery set to cut the elements. I cut them using purple, mirror and kraft card. I also used wool and a button to complete my card.

Birthday card for football fan

I personalised birthday card for my youngest son who is 15 tomorrow.

I have printed a personalised sentiment and the badge of the football club he supports. I matt and layered the 8x8in white card with blue card and then the white card with the printed sentiment. I matt and layered the picture with red and blue and then attached it to my card. I completed my card with the die cut trophy and football boots

Bauble Christmas Card

I have covered the top and bottom of my 8x8in white easel card with patterned paper and plain paper. I die cut three green baubles with Spellbinders dies and then embossed them with a Creative Expressions embossing folder. I die cut the poinsettia using Tattered Lace dies. I added satin ribbon down my card and then at the top of the baubles. I attached a green panel with ribbon across the bottom of my card to act as the stopper for my easel. I will add a personalised sentiment on the oval closer to Christmas. I added flat backed pearls to the baubles and poinsettia to complete my card.

Bauble decoration

After watching Christmas crafting on the television I wanted to make a Christmas project.

I have used a MDF bauble and covered it with patterned paper. I die cut the sentiment in green and red card and die cut the poinsettia. I glued the sentiment together slightly offsetting them. I attached the poinsettia with other embellishments from my stash. I attached the sentiment and some ribbon to hang my bauble.

Floral Heart Card

This is my creation for my DT post over at craftyhazelnutspatternedpaper.

I have matt and layered my A4 card with pink and then pink and white gingham card. I distressed all the edges of my layers.

I die cut a heart shape in acetate then added the floral embellishments and pearls to the heart. I die cut the trellis with a Cheery Lynn die and added it to a white background. I die cut the white oval with a Presscut die. I added the sentiment that I die cut with Tonic die and then attached the trellis to my card.  I attached the floral heart to my card with hot glue. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops
