Teenager Rugby Player Birthday Card

A card for one of my sons school friends. Unbelievable where the time has gone, they all become teenagers this academic year!!

I have found an image of the badge for the club the lad plays rugby for and printed it. I cut it out and cut out rectangles using Tonic nesting dies to matt and layer it.I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a circle die. I have used dotty card to cover a 8x8in white card. I have die cut a cup with a Marianne die in mirror card. I have die cut the numbers using Marianne dies. I have used some thread and buttons from my stash to embellish. I cut some stars with a punch.

Love is in the air

A card for my son to give his girlfriend for Valentine's Day

This is a 8x8in easel card. I have used a Tonic header die to cut into the top of the card. I have used a Creative Expressions embossing folder. The hearts on the top are Spellbinders dies. The hearts on the bottom, which act as the stopper are cut using a Sizzix nesting set. The couple and the flourish are cut using  Cheery Lynn dies.

New Baby Boy Card

I love making new baby cards. The new parents always appreciate it very much.

I will include a personalised sentiment on this card. 

I will include the parents name, baby name, date of birth,

maybe time of birth and weight

This is a 8x8 easel card. I have cut the pram, shoes,

 train and Baby using Marianne dies

I have cut the chassis of the pram 

with mirror card for a realistic look. 

I have cut the trellis with a 

Cheery Lynn die in white and backed it with plain blue card

The rectangles are cut with Tonic dies. 

The white rectangle with include the sentiment

when the new arrival makes an appearance

Shoe Birthday card

A 8x8in easel card. I have matt and layered the top and bottom with purple card and white embossed card. I have embossed the white card with an Embossalicious folder. I coloured the digi image of a Blossom show with Spectrum Noir pencils. I have die cut the image with a Xcut scalloped circle. I have also cut the same size circle in purple card and offset the circles when I stuck them together. I glittered parts of the shoe with Tonic Nuvo glitter. I have die cut the Happy Birthday in two colours using a Tonic die. I offset the die cuts when I stuck them together. I have cut rectangles with a Tonic Nesting set. The white rectangle with include a personalised sentiment. I have used foam pads to stick the rectangles to give it depth to act as a stopper for the easel.

Iris folded dress

This is my first attempt at Iris Folding.

A 8x8in white card I have matt and with floral patterned paper from my stash and white embossed card. I have printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a die from a nesting set by Xcut. I printed the template and cut a frame for my Iris folding. I stuck the completed design on the card using foam pads. I completed my card with Tonic  Nuvo drops

Buckle Thank you card

Another Thank You card for the lovely staff at the local hospital who provide great care for my Mother-in-law.

An 8x8in white card. I have matt and layered this card with red card and white embossed card. I embossed the white card using an Embossalicious folder. I have cut the Sue Wilson Scalloped Lattice Buckle Bar die 4 times in red and joined them together to create a square. I have printed a sentiment and cut it out using part of the Sue Wilson Oslo die. I have cut the outside of the Oslo die in red and placed the die cut sentiment in the centre.

Floral Thank you card

A 8x8in white. I have matt and layered the card with purple card and white embossed card. I have embossed the white card using an Embossalicious folder. I cut the trellis in white and and purple using a Cheery Lynn die and stuck them together slightly off setting them, I cut two large flourishes and two small flourishes both with Cheery Lynn dies. I entwined the flourishes around the trellis before sticking the trellis to the card. I cut various flowers. The large flower is with a Cheery Lynn die, the ornate flower is a Tattered Lace die and the other flowers are Lea'bilities die. I have embellished the flowers with Creative Expressions Dazzlers. I printed the sentiment and cut it with a Presscut die from a nesting set. I added a butterfly cut using a Cheery Lynn die. Finally, I completed the card with Tonic Nuvo Glitter Drops

Valentine

I have another post today for the challenge over at Die cut divas. The challenge is for something new....I was lucky enough to have the Sue Wilson for Christmas

A 6x6in white card which I  have matt and layered with red and white embossed card. I have die cut the Sue Wilson Striplet Rose Garden die three times into the card without using the outside edge. I then cut around it with my guillotine leaving a border. I mounted this on red card. I  die cut the Sue Wilson Pierced Tags in red and white and a Valentine  sentiment using a Die'sire die. I completed the card with Tonic Nuvo Crystal Drops

Fisherman card

My card today is for the post over at Creative Moments

This is a 8x8in white card, The checked card I have used I from Anna Marie. I have coloured the image with Spectrum Noir pencils. I die cut the image with a scalloped circle from a Xcut Xlarge nesting set. I printed a sentiment and die cut it with a scalloped oval. I mounted both the sentiment and image on a brown background. Valentine's Card

This is a 8x8in white matt and layered with pink card. The bottom of the card has also been layered with white embossed card, it has been embossed using Tattered Lace folders. The heart has been cut using a Tattered Lace die. I have completed the card with ribbon and flat backed pearls.

Patterned paper Season Greetings

I have used embossed white paper embossed with a Crafts Too folder. The topper is by Hobby House, I have layered the topper on die cuts using Xcut scalloped circle dies.
