Snow globe Christmas Card

While out shopping with my Mother-in-law she told me she loved snow globes so I knew what die I was going to use for her card. I used the Sue Wilson snow globe die and the treat cups that are designed to go with the snow globe. I used turquoise card and white card to matt and layer my card. I cut an aperture with the outside edge of the snow globe die out of the white layer. I then embossed the white card with a Creative Expressions embossing folder. I cut the snow globe in turquoise and the snowman scene in white and added a light blow background to the scene. I added some glitter jewels to the treat cup the using PVA I attached acetate to encapsulate the glitter before attached the treat cup over the snowman scene. I then added the turquoise snow globe to complete. I die cut the pierced flags with Sue Wilson dies, the white flag with include a personalised sentiment. I die cut silver poinsettia with Tattered Lace die and embellished them with flat backed pearls.
