Friend Birthday Card

This is very different to cards I usually make but I have been watching the doodling videos on Clarity Facebook page. This is a design I had been keeping myself busy with so decided to add it to my friends birthday card. I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with pink, black and white embossed card.

I attached my doodle to the card and then printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a pierced flag die by Sue Wilson.

Captain Tom's Birthday Card

I have made this card for Captain Tom Moore. A remarkable gentleman!

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red, black and white card. I embossed the white card with a Xcut embossing folder.

I cut the poppies using a die I had free with a magazine.

I die cut the Fabulous at 100 with Tonic dies. I printed the sentiment and die cut it with a die from a nesting set from The Works and used the next size die in the set to cut a shape to mount the sentiment before adding it to my card. I completed my card with stars that I cut with a punch.

Cyclist Birthday Card

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red and then green and white gingham card. I added ribbon down the side of my card and then added a image from a Hunkydory book. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Crafts Too die from a nesting set. I used the next size in the nesting set to cut red card and mounted the sentiment before attaching it to my card.

Friend Birthday Card

I used an 8x8in white card and matt and layered with two tones of pink and white embossed card.

I attached lace and satin ribbon down my card. I mounted the toppers onto pink card and then attached them to my card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a scalloped oval die and mounted the sentiment onto a pink oval.

I completed the card with Tonic Nuvo drops

80th Birthday Cards

I have been asked to make an 80th birthday card for a gentleman that likes poppies. Thankfully I have been asked to make cards because with everything going on I have lost my mojo.

Prosecco Card

I have matt and layered my 6x6in white card with green card and then white embossed card. I die cut the elements using a Sweet Dixie die set and the oval was cut with a Presscut die from a nesting set.

I paper pieced the cut out elements and inked the design through the die on the bottle.

I have made a few cards with an open sentiment for my local tea rooms to sell to raise funds for our local flood victims.

Teddy Happy Birthday Card

 I needed to make a quick birthday card, this is what I came up with. 

I covered my white 5x7in card with gingham card. I used a page from a Hunkydory little book.

I used pink card to mount the image before attaching it to my card. I attached it at an angle and trimmed the overlapping corners. I die cut the sentiment and attached it to the die cut shapes that I cut with dies from a Spellbinders nesting set. I completed my card with pearls.

Grandpa birthday card

I have matt and layered my 5x7in white card with blue and then white card. I added a blue die cut lattice that I cut with a Cheery Lynn die. I printed a sentiment and die cut it with a Spellbinders die from a nesting set. I used the next size in the nesting to cut red card to mount my sentiment then attached this to the lattice. I added the topper and flat backed pearls to complete my card.

Teddy bear birthday card

A simple birthday card. I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red then kraft card. I added a panel of white embossed card to my card. I used a Tattered Lace embossing folder. I attached red satin to ribbon down the centre of my card. I die cut the teddies with a Tonic Studios die in kraft card and paper pieced with red card. I printed a sentiment and die cut it with a Xcut scalloped circle from a nesting set, I also die cut a red scalloped circle to mount the sentiment before attaching it to my card. I completed my card with red stars that I cut with a punch.

Train Birthday Card

I have covered my A4 card with kraft card. I have used train cards from a Hunkydory Topper Deck.

I have distressed and inked all the edges. I mounted the cards onto brown card before attaching them to my card. I cut the circles with a Tonic die set using brown and kraft card and then added the sentiments. I completed my card with stars that I cut with a punch.

Mother's Day Mum

Another card made using an image from a Hunkydory little book.

I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with pink card and covered half of the card with white embossed card. I used a Xcut embossing folder.

I attached satin ribbon down my card on the edge of the embossing. I attached the image to pink card before adding it to my card blank. I printed a sentiment and die cut it with a Presscut die and mounted it onto pink ovals.

Daffodil Birthday Card

I have matt and layered my card with yellow and then blue gingham card.

I have added lace down my card and then yellow card and blue satin ribbon. I added a Hobby House image that I have cut with a Xcut scalloped circle die from a nesting set.

I used the same scalloped circle dies on the opposite of my card for the sentiment. I completed my card with daffodils and Tonic Nuvo drops. I cut the daffodils with a Leane Creatief.

I die cut the body suit, bib and duck with Sue Wilson dies. I added lace and ribbon down the card and attached a bow. I die cut the scalloped ovals with Crafts Too dies and added the sentiment that I cut with a Tonic die. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops on the scalloped circle and for the poppers on the body suit.

Welsh Birthday Card

I have matt and layered my card with green, red and white embossed card. I used a Die'sire Embossalicious embossing folder.

I die cut the circular elements with Tonic dies and then added the dragon which I cut with a Sweet Dixie die. I cut the banners with Sue Wilson dies and added the sentiment that I cut with Tattered Lace dies. I cut stars using a punch and added them onto the embossing. I completed my card with a Tonic Nuvo black drop for the dragons eye.

Valentine's Day Exploding box

I have made this box using the instructions using the dimensions on the tutorial page of my blog.

I covered each panel with patterned paper and various die cuts. I printed sentiments and die cut them with a Presscut oval die and attached them to the smallest panels. I added a teddy into the centre of the box. I bought the teddy from my local artificial floral supplies. I completed my creation with satin ribbon and a bow to the lid.

Frozen Birthday Card

I have covered my white card with blue metallic card. I die cut the borders with a Sue Wilson die and attached them to the top and bottom of my card. I embellished the borders with ribbon. The image I have used is from a Christmas card. I mounted the image on white card before attaching it to my card blank. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with an oval die from a Presscut nesting set. I used the next size in the set to cut an oval from the blue metallic card to mount my sentiment before adding it to my card. I completed my card with snowflakes that I cut with a punch and gems.

I added lace down the centre of the card. I die cut the teddies using a Tonic die. I used kraft card and lilac card to paper piece the teddies. I added black Tonic Nuvo Drops to the teddies for eyes. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a die from a nesting set from The Works and die cut the next sizes in the set to mount the sentiment before attaching it to my card.

I completed the card with Tonic Nuvo drops on the embossing.

11th birthday card for a gymnast

A personalised birthday card for a young lady that loves gymnastics.

I covered my 8x8in white card with pink card.

I found the image on the internet and printed it onto 160gsm white card. I die cut the image using a scalloped circle die from a Xcut nesting set. I used the next size in the nesting set to cut a purple scalloped circle to mount the image before adding to my card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a small scalloped circle die from the nesting set and mounted it onto a purple scalloped circle. I attached this to the corner of the card and trimmed the edges in line with the card blank. I die cut the scalloped oval with a die from a Crafts Too nesting set and added the numbers that I cut with a Tonic Studios die. I cut the flowers with a punch and added flat backed pearls to centre of the flowers. I completed the card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

70th Birthday pop up box

This is my DT post for craftyhazelnutspatternedpaper

I have made the box and covered it with patterned paper from a book from The Works.

I have used various die cuts to decorate the box by attaching them to acetate on the strips of card across the inside of the box.

I printed personalised sentiments and die cut them with scalloped circle dies from Spellbinders set.

The flowers are cut with a punch and I completed my creation with flat backed pearls.

I have made this for a little boy who loves Buzz Lightyear.

I covered my 8x8in white card with green and white gingham from Anna Marie.

I printed an image and die cut it with a Crafts Too circle die. I die cut a personalised sentiment with a die from Sue Wilson. I added his age with a number cut using a Tonic die.

I completed my card with stars that I cut with a punch.

New Baby exploding box

I have made the box using the dimensions shown in my tutorial section.

I have used cream and kraft card throughout. I have used lots of dies by various companies.

I bought the teddy from my local artificial floral supplies, it is a perfect size for this project. I completed my project with satin ribbon on the lid.
