Baby card

Another request for a Baby girl card. I sometimes struggle to think of something completely different when I'm making more than card for the same person. 

I have used a 8x8in white card and covered it with patterned paper. I die cut the baby shoes using Marianne dies and mounted then on a piece of embossed white card. I embossed the white card with a Crafts Too embossing folder. I mounted the embossed card on pink card. I die cut the little elements using Sue Wilson dies. I die cut the ribbon elements using Die'sire dies and then threaded pink satin ribbon through them before attaching them to my card. I then added the banner and sentiment both  cut with Sue Wilson dies. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Perfume bottle birthday card

I have used a scalloped edge 8x8in white card, I matt and layered my card with black and gold card.

I have used the Eternal Ring striplet die by Sue Wilson to cut the background in black and mounted it onto white card. I die cut the perfume bottles with Sue Wilson dies. I die cut the shape out of double sided adhesive sheets, I then cut the detail dies in black and attached to the cut adhesive shapes. I covered the shapes with Tonic Nuvo glitter and tapped off the excess. I did the same with the Sue Wilson Oslo die from the Scandinavian collection. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with an element from the Oslo die set. I completed my card Tonic Nuvo drops.

Mates Dragon Birthday card

This is a card for my son to give to one of his mates. I have matt and layered my 8x8in whte card with red and green card, I have embossed white card with a an Embossalicious embossing folder, I attached this to my card along with satin ribbon. I die cut two circles with Tonic dies and then added the dragon cut with a Sweet Dixie dies, This is always popular with other Welshies! I have die cut the banner with s Sue Wilson die and then added the sentiment, I cut this with a Tattered Lace die. I completed my card with small stars that I cut with a punch

Nativity Christmas card

I have been making some Christmas cards. I haven't had any other occasions to make for so I thought it was an ideal opportunity to get some more Christmas cards done. I think this is one that will be suitable for a man

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with brown card and white embossed card. I embossed the white card with a Sue Wilson Beaded Fanfare embossing folder, I have die cut the elements with Signature Dies. I die cut the scalloped ovals with Go Kreate dies. The white oval will include a personalised sentiment closer to Christmas.

Penblwydd Hapus (Happy Birthday) Card

I have covered my 8x8in white card with rd card. I have trimmed the patterned paper and then distressed the edges with a scissors then inked them. I slit the patterned paper before attaching it to the card. I have used ribbon, paper roses, moss, flower bud and the pearls on a sting to embellish my card, I die cut butterlflies using a Cheery Lynn die, I then die cut a sentiment using a Tattered Lace die. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Wreath Christmas Card

This year is flying by and I have made a start on my Christmas cards but I haven't made as many as I hoped to. Today I decided to make a Christmas card to add to this years collection.

I have covered my 8x8in white card with red card, I then cut two scalloped circles with Xcut dies from a nesting set, one in white and one in red. I cut a plain white circle. I then cut a wreath with a Xcut die, I cut the wreath a few times and and layered them together with foam pads. I added the sentiment that I cut with a Tonic die and poinsettia that I cut with Tattered Lace dies. I completed my card with flat backed pearls and Tonic Nuvo drops.

Personalised Wedding Celebration Card

I have been asked to make this card for a couple who are having a party tonight to celebrate their wedding abroad

I have made an easel card. I have matt and layered the top and bottom with purple and white card, I die cut the valance, lattice, couple and flourish with Cheery Lynn dies. I cut all these elements in purple, I also die cut a scalloped heart in purple using a Sizzix die. I have also cut a lattice in white and the male from the couple in dark blue, I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Sizzix scalloped heart. I assembled the card with PVA. I slightly offset the white lattice over the purple lattice. I attached the blue groom over the purple one. I attached the hearts with foam pads so they will act as a stopper for the top of the card. I completed my card with flat backed pearls

Bird parchment card

Finally back to crafting............................I had a wonderful week last week. I was cruising to Portugal, Spain and France. My 40th birthday present off my lovely husband. I have finally washed, dried, ironed and packed everything away so I can do some crafting!!

This is my card for my DT post at movingalongwiththetimes. The theme is Birds and Feathers.

I have used my Groovi plates for the designs on my parchment using white parchment paper and rainbow parchment paper. I have used a semi circle Pergamano piercing tool  to go around the rainbow circle, In each semi circle I have embossed a white dot and then cut a picot edge with Pergamano scissors. I still need practice with this. I coloured my image with Spectrum Noir pencils. This card is for a man but something completely different to what I usually send, I hope he likes it.

I matt and layered my card with blue card and white embossed card. I embossed the white card using a Crafts Too embossing folder. I added a die cut sentiment. Then completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops

Baby boy exploding box

This is my project for my DT post at craftyhazelnutspatternedpaper

I have made an exploding box simply using a pencil, ruler, bone folder and PVA glue.

I have covered all panels inside and outside with various patterned paper, Paper from a Forever Friends 6x6in paper pad and Anna Marie paper.

I have cut a number of dies and printed personalised sentiments and die cut them.

Boyfriend birthday card

This is a 8x8in white card that I have matt and layered with red card and white embossed card. I have embossed the white card with a Sue Wilson embossing folder. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Sizzix scalloped heart die. I then cut a red heart using the next size die in the nesting set. I  die cut the smallest heart in the set in red card and added the letters that I cut with a Xcut die. I die cut the monkeys with a Marianne die. After assembling the elements I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops

Deer Easel Card

This is the first time I have made this type of easel card. I have matt and layered the top of my card with pink card and white embossed card. I embossed the white card with a Xcut die. I have covered the bottom of my card with green card. I attached another section of card on the bottom, this will act as the stopper for the easel.  have cut this section with green card. I have cut a number of green pieces of card with a grass die to create layers. I have die cut a fence in brown using a Memory Box die. I have cut three deer using a Marianne die after assembling them I attached them to my card amongst the layers. I die cut the tree using a Memory Box  die. I have then die cut the tiny flowers for the tree using a Cheery Lynn die and punched larger flowers to add to the grass. I die cut a pink oval and white oval using a Presscut nesting set. I added a sentiment, cut using a Cheery Lynn die to the ovals, then added some of the punched flowers. I completed my card with flat backed pearls

Easter money wallet

Another Easter Money Wallet. A basic design, I have folded an A4 piece of card and matt and layered it with yellow and white card. I have die cut the deer with a Marianne die. I have die cut the scalloped hearts with Sizzix dies. I have die cut the sentiment with a Tonic die and the daffodil cut using a  Lea creatables die.

Family Tree Mother's Day Card

I have used the Xcut Family Tree die to make this Mother's Day card. I have made an 8x8in white card and matt and layered the top and bottom with pink and white embossed card. I embossed the white card with a Xcut  A4 embossing folder, I have die cut a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Tonic rectangle die. I then used the next size rectangular die  to cut a pink rectangle to mount the sentiment. I printed the family members names and die cut them with the small heart die. I assembled the tree with the hearts, leaves and flowers. I die cut the banner in pink and the "Family Tree" in brown. I die cut the grass and then added die cut flowers that I die cut with a Cheery Lynn die. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops

Shoes card

I have made a circular easel card by folding a piece of card then cutting the circle with the die slightly overlapping the crease. I then folded the top circle in half and placed another circle on the bottom half of the folded circle to create the easel card. To cut these circles I used a Go Kreate die.  I cut a smaller circle in pink using a die from the nesting set, and then a white circle. I die cut the trellis effect with a Tonic die. I used a smaller die in the Tonic set to cut the trellis at the bottom of my card and mounted that on white card and then attached that to my card with foam pads so it will act as a stopper for the easel  I then die cut the sentiment using a Tonic die and attached that to the circle on the bottom of my card. I die cut the shoes using a Tattered Lace die and attached them to the top of my card. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops

Engagement card

I have been asked to make a personalised engagement card. I am waiting for the details to add to the card. I have made an easel card. I have used a 8x8in white card and folded the top in half. I die cut into the top using the Tonic Studios header die. I die cut the hearts on the top section of the card using a Spellbinders die. I then die cut the flourish and couple using Cheery Lynn dies and scalloped hearts using Sizzix dies. I have matt and layered the top and the bottom of the card with pink and then white embossed card. I used a Creative Expressions embossing folder,  I have embellished the heart with flat backed pearls. I attached the pink scalloped heart with foam pads so it will act as a stopper for the top of the card. I will add details to both the white hearts to complete the card

Easter Card

I have coloured the My Besties image with Spectrum Noir pencils then die cut it with a Xcut scalloped circle die. I have used an 8x8in white scalloped edge card and matt and layered it with pink and white embossed card. I have die cut a pink scalloped circle to mount the circle including the image. I have die cut some grass with green card, I have added some die cut rabbits and eggs. I added flowers to the grass that I cut with a punch. I added Tonic Nuvo Glitter Accents to the rabbits tails so they would be white. I added flat backed pearls to the flowers and then completed my card with pink Tonic Nuvo drops.

Tatty Teddy Exploding Box

   

I have made another exploding box. This time for my son's girlfriend to give her Mam for Mother's Day. I have used a Trimcraft Tatty Teddy 8x8in paper pad for paper to cover all the panels of the box. I have used various die cuts to embellish the panels, I included a die cut tag for a message to be handwritten, I used a Joy die to die cut the tag.

Mother's Day card

I have made this gate fold card for my Mother-in-law for Mother's Day. I have cut into both sides of the front with a Tonic die. I covered the back and the sides with Centura Pearl card in Teal. I die cut the flowers in the teal card too. I printed the personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Joy tag cutting die. I embellished my card with ribbon and flat backed pearls.
