Silver Wedding Anniversary Party Guest Book

 I made this guest book for a Silver Wedding Anniversary party. The appreciation and compliments about the book were priceless. The recipients went on a holiday so I had the book back to add the photographs which were taken in              the party. It  was lovely to see the book after the event because I have never seen one of my books  with the messages in them. 

I used Tonic Studio Memory Book dies to make the actually book

I printed a personalised sentiment for the front of the book. I added the decorative element which I cut with  Sue Wilson die. I added silver satin ribbon and with pearl embellishments 

I printed the personalised details and cut them with a Presscut oval die from a nesting die set and added it to a pink oval before attaching it the to the spine of my book

I made a pocket which I created with the Memory Book dies. I added a dove and heart die cut which I cut with a Sweet Dixie die. I used a Tonic Studios die to create the tags. I added silver satin ribbon to the tags

I created a flap pocket with a magnet closure using the Memory Book dies. I added the decorative element to the front of the page with a Crafters Companion die set 

I added personalised details and a photograph to the inside of the page.

I created pockets for the next two pages using layers from the Memory Book set. I created the decorative element for the top of the pockets with a ribbon threading die from Crafters Companion. The sentiment is also from Crafters Companion

I have used a Tonic Studios header die to create the opening flap on the page. I used closures dies from Cool Katz to make the closure for both of these pages. I added the sentiment to the first page which I cut with a Xcut die. I created the envelope om the opposite page along with sentiment with Crafters Companion dies.

I decorated the inside of this page with a sentiment. The tags are made with a die I had on a magazine, I used Tonic Studio dies to create the tabs for the tags

This front of the page was made using a Tonic Studios die set. I paper pieced the flowers and added narrow satin ribbon for the closure.

I created pocket for this page using the elements from the Memory Book die set. I added the sentiment which I cut using a Crafters Companion die

 

I have used a header die to create the pocket on this page. 

I made pockets for these pages using the dies from the Memory Book set. I cut both of the sentiments using Crafters Companion dies. I used a Tonic Studios die to make the tags. I added satin ribbon to the tags

I used the dies from the Memory Book set to cut the centre opening pages layout I used a Presscut die to cut the oval and a Spellbinders die to cut the heart locket.

I cut the "Photograph" with a Cool Catz die. I die cut the photos from the party using Presscut dies. 

I created this side opening page with the dies from the Memory Book set. I used the Crafters Companion ribbon threading die to create the edge for the pocket. I used the sentiment which I cut with an Xcut die. I cut tags and added satin ribbon to them

I created a double flap page using the dies form the Memory Book die set. I used magnet for the closure. I used the Xcut die again to cut the sentiment

The inside of this page has a sentiment to the one side which I cut with a Sue Wilson die.

The other side of the inside of this page has a picture of the recipients during their party

I created top loading pockets for these page. I used  Crafter Companion dies for the decorative element of top of the pages and the sentiment. I cut the tags using Tonic Studio die, I added satin ribbon to these tags.

 

I cut diagonal pockets for these pockets and decorated the tops of the pockets using a Crafters Companion die.

I completed this back inside cover to match the front inside cover.

Wishing Well Table Number

 

I have used a Craft Buddy die set to create this project. This die set will be available on the 24th Jan on Create and Craft

All the dies I have used are Craft Buddy dies including the Craft Buddy oval die.

The wishing well is very easy to make especially as the instructions are concise.

Personalised Birthday Card

 

This is a personalised card for my son to send to a friend. I printed the pictures and sentiments. I covered my 7x7in card with red card. I Mounted the images onto card before adding to my card blank. I completed my card with the die cut sentiments.

Wedding Exploding Box

 

I have used a Crafters Companion die set to create this box. I cut the elements in white card. I covered the panels using navy card. I traced inside the die to create the shape for the corners and cut with scissors. By tracing inside the die it allows for the white border like the other panels. I printed personalised sentiments and die cut them. I cut strips of white card and small white circles. I cut small slits into the card along the length on both sides, this creates glue flaps. I attached the white circle die cut. I used the technique to make two sizes to create tiers for a cake. I decorated the cake with lace, ribbon and paper flowers. I attached the cake to the centre of my box with hot glue I added die cuts to decorate the inside of the box. I attached personalised details onto the lid of the box and completed this with ribbon

Thank you at Christmas time card

 

I wanted to make a Christmas card with a thank you sentiment.

I have matt and layered my 7x7inch white card with red and gold holographic card. 

I cut the white card to size and then used a Crafters Companion die to cut the sentiment at an angle.

I attached the white card to my card blank. I paper pieced the sentiment with the red holographic card. I die cut the poinsettia using Tattered Lace dies. I assembled the poinsettia and completed them with a flat backed pearl. I added the poinsettia to my card. I die cut the Christmas sentiment and added it to ovals which I cut the Presscut dies before attaching it to my card.

Christmas Bauble and Star

 

I have made these decorations using Tonic Studios die sets. 

I have made them to match the colour scheme of my usual decorations. 

I made the construction of both of these with white card. I cut the panels and decorations using gold and brown card. I made the finial for the bauble with gold mirror card for an authentic finish. I completed the projects with a pearl embellishment and satin ribbon. I added these to a jewellery stand to display them

Gingerbread Christmas Card

 

I have made this simple card for a child to replicate so they can send them to their class friends.

I have matt and layered a DL card with kraft card and dotty card.

I die cut the circle and banners in kraft card and then cream card. I cut the gingerbread girl in kraft card. I added a small piece of red card to the back for the "buttons" and black card for the "eyes". I die cut the sentiment with a Sue Wilson die. I assembled all the elements onto my card

Baby's 1st Christmas Card

 

I have created this card using the Craft Buddy Sparkalicious Cookie alphabet. I stamped the sentiment onto strips of white card. I matt and layered my A4 card with holographic card and then white card. I mounted the strips onto red card before attaching them to my card blank. I also added a few gingerbread men to my card. I coloured the letters. I used Craft Buddy Premier glue to attach the crystals to the stamped elements.

Love U Decoration

Gingerbread heart Card

 

I have matt and layered my 6x6in white scalloped edge card with beautiful card from craftbuddy. I stamped and cut the hearts with craftbuddy stamps and dies . I added a strip of glitter card and then patterned card down my card blank and then added three of the hearts. I added the crystals to the hearts to complete my project.

Girly Christmas Card

 

I have used an 8x8in white card blank. I cut the front of the card blank in half (keep the removed piece).

I cut an piece of acetate to size and added it to the inside of  the front of the card blank. I added the removed piece of card onto the back of the front of the card so the attached side of acetate is sandwiched between the two pieces of white card. I cut the patterned paper to size to add to the inside of the card and the front panel of the card. I stamped and die cut the heart, gingerbread man and gingerbread house using Craft Buddy stamps and dies. I coloured these elements and added crystals to them. I stamped a sentiment and die cut it with a die from a Craft Buddy oval nesting set. I cut the decorative element from the nesting set in mirror card to mount the sentiment before attaching it to the acetate. I die cut the ovals again and added them to the reverse of the acetate for a neat finish.

Personalised Retirement Card

 

I have made an A4 card because I was asked to include a number of images. I have printed the personalisation elements. I mounted all the images onto red card which I cut to size. I die cut the scalloped oval with a Xcut die from a nesting set.  I printed a personalised sentiment then die cut it with a larger die from the nesting set. I then cut a red scalloped circle to mount the sentiment. I matt and layered my card with red card and then white embossed card. I added all the elements to my card and then added flowers which I cut with a punch. I added flat backed pearls to the flowers and then finally added Tonic Nuvo drops to the background.

I have used a die set from Tonic Studios to create this bag. I printed an Happy Halloween picture and printed the recipients name. I mounted both of those elements onto black card before attaching them to the bag. I closed the bag with a paper fastener after adding chocolates.

Nadolig Llawen (Merry Christmas) Decoration

I have used the MDF heart as a template to draw a heart onto the Craft Buddy patterned card.

I attached the patterned card to the heart with Premium Glue. I filed around the sides of the heart. I stamped and die cut the letters to create the sentiment Nadolig Llawen which is Merry Christmas in Welsh. I coloured the letters then added Premium glue with the precision tip to the areas in the design for crystals.

Crystal Art Christmas Decoration

 

I have decorated a MDF door handle hanger. I used the hanger as a template to draw a shape in the patterned paper. I attached the patterned paper into the hanger. I filed the edges of the card and then inked around the edges too. I stamped the elements onto Kraft card using Craft Buddy stamps and then die cut them. After adding the stamped elements to my project I added Craft Buddy crystals to complete my project

40th Birthday Exploding Box

 

I made this box and lid using a die set from Crafters Companion. To decorate the heart on each of the corners I drew around the inside edge of the die to create a layer of patterned card. I cut squares of patterned paper to size to add to the box sides. I die cut the celebrate and party using Crafters companion dies. I printed personalised sentiments and die cut them with dies from a nesting set from The Works and added them to larger die cuts before attaching them to my box. I made a "cake" using a strip of card and two circles. I added a bow to the front of the cake which I cut with a Cheery Lyn die. I cut the numbers and today with Tattered Lace dies. I added the elements to a small piece of strong acetate. I folded the acetate and attached it to the top of the cake so they would stand up.

I used a Crafters Companion die to cut the element for the personalised sentiment. I completed my card with flowers which I cut with a punch and added flat backed pearls to them.

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with kraft card, red card and then white card.  I have used a page from a Hunkydory book. I mounted the image onto red and kraft card before attaching it to my card blank. I printed the birthday sentiment and die cut it with a die from a nesting set from The Works, I mounted the sentiment onto kraft and red layers cut with larger dies from the nesting set. I die cut the numbers using Marianne die and added them to the die cut shape I cut using a Crafters Companion die before attaching them to my card blank.

Anniversary Exploding Box

 

I have used Crafters Companion Exploding box dies to make this creation. I die cut the box sides in white card. I drew on the pink metallic cut using the inside of the die, drawing on the inside allowed slightly smaller panels so it left a border like you do when you matt and layer your projects. I added the die cuts. I printed personalised sentiments which I cut with a die from a nesting set from The Works. I added the teddy with hot glue. I bought the teddy from a local floristry supplies.

Nutcracker Christmas Card

 

I cut the front of my 8x8in white card in half (keep the removed half safe)

I added acetate to the back of the front on my card and then added the removed half onto the back to cover to create a neat finish.

I attached gold holographic card to the inside of the card and to the front of the card. I cut white card to size then stamped the nutcracker image using a Craft Buddy stamp. I coloured the image with pens. I added Craft Buddy magic glue to the design and then added crystals. I cut the ovals using Craft Buddy dies and stamped a sentiment to the ovals before attaching them to the acetate of my card. I added the same ovals onto the back of the acetate for a neat finish.
