This is the cover of the spine of my Memory Book. I printed the personalised details and die cut them with a Presscut die and attached it to a blue oval. I covered the white element on the book with blue card, I cut the sides of the layer off so it would fit on the spine neatly. Finally I added the train which I cut with a Marianne die.
