16th Birthday Card

I have been asked to make a personalised 16th Birthday card. The friend who requested it picked the topper so I knew what I had to work with.

I went for a simple design. I matt and layered the 8x8in white card with black card and then pink/red card. I added spotty paper by Anna Marie to the top of my card and then added satin ribbon across the centre. I attached the topper from a Hunkydory book to black card before attaching it to my card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Presscut oval die from a nesting set and then cut the next size in the nesting set in the pink card to mount the sentiment before adding it to the card.
