13th Birthday Card

 

I have matt and layered my 8x8in card with red card and then black and white spotty card. I have added an image from a Hunkydory Little Book. I mounted the image on red card then added it to my project. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a die from a Xcut nesting set. I die cut the larger size in the set to mount the sentiment before adding it to my card. I die cut the ovals with Presscut dies and then added the numbers which I cut using Tattered Lace dies.

Daffodil Birthday Card

 

I have been asked to make a cute birthday card with daffodils for a Welsh little girl 

I have matt and layered my A4 card with yellow card and then blue and white gingham card. I added lace down my card and then a strip of yellow card and blue satin ribbon. I die cut a Hobby house image with a Xcut scalloped circle die and then mounted it onto a yellow scalloped circle before attaching it to my card. I printed a sentiment and die cut it with a Xcut scalloped oval die and added it to a yellow scalloped circle. I die cut the daffodils with dies from a Leane Creatief set and attached them to my card. I completed my card with flat backed pearls.

Valentine's Gift

Woody Personalised Birthday Card

 

I was asked to make a personalised birthday for a young lad who loves Woody from Toy Story.

I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red, yellow and white card. I printed an image and mounted it onto yellow card. I also printed a sentiment and die cut it with a Go Kreate circle die. I mounted the circle onto a yellow circle before attaching it to my card. I then added the mounted picture. I completed the card with stars which I have cut with a punch.

Memory Book

 

I have started working on this memory book today using the Tonic Scalloped Embrace set

Butterfly Card

 

A simple card made by adding kraft card and cream card to a 5x7in cream card blank.

I added satin ribbon across the centre of my card. I die cut the sentiment and butterflies in kraft card.

Sympathy Card

 

A card I always hope I don't have to make but when the time comes it has to be done so the recipient knows I'm thinking of them

I have matt and layered my DL card with green card and patterned paper. I have used a Crafters Companion Edge'able die to cut the detail which includes the sentiment into cream card, I attached this element to my card. I cut the sentiment element again in pink card so I could paper piece the sentiment.

10th Birthday Card

 

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with kraft card and purple and white spotty card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Go Kreate die and mounted it onto kraft card cut with a larger Go Kreate die. I added a Hobbyhouse topper and then added three die cut flowers with flat backed pearls to complete my card.

Monkey Valentine's Card

 

I have been asked to make a Valentine's card with the monkeys. 

I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red card and white embossed card. I curved the corners on all layers with a punch. I printed a sentiment and die cut it with a Sizzix scalloped heart from a nesting set and attached it to a red heart before adding it to my card. I die  cut the monkeys with Marianne dies. I cut the elements in relevant colours. I die cut the small heart using a die from the Sizzix set then added the die cut letters which I cut using a Xcut die. I cut the  very small heart with a punch. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Valentine's Day Card

 

I have been asked to make a few Valentine's cards this year. This is one I have made today.

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red card and white embossed card. I die cut the heart element in red and white card stock, I assembled the heart design then attached it to my card. I printed a sentiment and die cut it with a Sue Wilson banner die. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Girly Birthday Card

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with pink mirror card and black and white spotty card. I purchased some cards in The Works which were 20 for £1 picking ones I thought were suitable to use on my card handmade cards as toppers. I cut the back off the card to leave me with the detailed side. I mounted the image onto pink mirror card and then attached it to my card blank. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Presscut oval die from a nesting set and mounted it onto a pink mirror card oval before attaching it to my card.

Birthday Card

 

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white scalloped edge card with kraft card, lilac and white embossed card. I completed my card base with lace and lilac ribbon. I added the teddy bears which I cut with a Tonic die into Kraft card and then paper pieced all the elements into the teddies. I used black gems for the eyes of the teddy bears. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a die from a nesting from The Works and used the next sizes up in the nesting set to cut lilac and kraft card. I assembled these elements together before attaching to my card

Gift for my friend

 

I have used a Crafters Companion die and stamp set to make this project. I have die cut the main element in white card and mounted it onto white card. I  have paper pieced the flowers with pink mirror card and the leaves with various green card. I have added a few flat backed gems and mounted it onto pink mirror card. I used the dies to create the friends using white and pink mirror card. I stamped the sentiment onto the design. I put the completed design into a box frame which I bought from Wilko.

Welsh Themed Birthday Card

 

I have been asked to make a Welsh themed Birthday card. I wish I could get larger Welsh sentiment dies. These are Tattered Lace dies which do the job but I wish a company would make bigger sentiments. 

I have matt and layered my A4 card with green, red and white embossed card. I die cut the dragon with a Sweet Dixie die and added it to the detailed circle which I cut with a Tonic die set. I die cut the sentiment using Tattered Lace dies and added it to the banners which I cut with Sue Wilson dies before attaching it to my card. I completed my card with stars which I cut with a punch and a Tonic Nuvo drop for the eye of the dragon.

Sam Fender Birthday Card

 

My son asked for a personalised card with Sam Fender on it. I printed the image and matt and layered it onto turquoise card and then black card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a die from a Spellbinders nesting set. I used the next size up in the nesting set to cut a turquoise shape to mount the sentiment.

I matt and layered my 8x8in white card blank with turquoise card and then white embossed card. I then added the elements I have prepared for the card. I completed the card with turquoise stars which I have cut with a punch.

New Baby card

 

I needed to make a quick new baby card today. I usually add personalised details to my new baby cards. Unfortunately we didn't know any and needed to complete it quickly.

I matt and layered my A4 card with lilac and white card. I used a punch on the corners of the lilac card. I die cut the element using the following dies:

Vest and  Bib - Sue Wilson

Ovals - Go Kreate

Baby Girl - Tonic

I have added lace and satin ribbon down my card and added a satin ribbon bow. I have assembled all the die cut elements and then attached them to my card. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops on the vest where the poppers would be and on the scalloped oval.

Sympathy card

Cute Birthday Card

I have been asked to make a pretty card. I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with pink and then green and white gingham card, I distressed and inked the edges of the layers before attaching them to my card. I added the hessian trim and satin ribbon across the card. I added the Hobbyhouse image. I used a Spellbinders shape and Cheery Lynn sentiment to make the sentiment embellishment. I attached this to my card along with some flourishes cut with a Cheery Lynn die. I added various floral embellishments and pearls to complete my card.

First Valentine's Card

 

I have made this Valentine's card using a page from a Hunkydory little book. 

I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red card and white embossed card. I used a Tattered Lace embossing folder. I attached lace and ribbon across my card. The image has been mounted onto cardstock before attaching it to my card.  I printed a sentiment and die cut it with a Spellbinders die from a nesting set, then mounted it onto a red shape cut with another die from the nesting set and added it to my card.

50th Birthday Card

 

I have matt and layered my 8x8in scalloped edge card with red card and then black & white spotty card. I printed the details and then die cut them. I die cut the circles with Xcut dies, the banners with Sue Wilson dies and the fabulous at & numbers with Tonic dies.

High Top Card

 

This is my DT post for craftyhazelnutspatternedpaper

Yet again I have been asked to make a "quick card"

My sons always seem to wait until last minute to ask for a card. 

I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red card, black card and red & white spotty card. I added satin ribbon across my card before attaching the page from a Hunkydory book which I mounted onto the black card. I die cut the sentiment with a Tonic die and attached it to an oval which I cut with a Presscut die before adding it to my card.
