First shoes and first steps

 

I have continued making pages for my memory book with the Tonic Studios dies. I die cut the shoes with Marianne dies. Used Presscut oval dies for the sentiments that I have printed. I die cut the edge for the pocket with a Crafters Companion ribbon thread die. I added a white satin ribbon through the die cut and then attached it to the page. I die cut the tags using a Tonic die and added satin ribbon to them. I die cut the photo frame with a Tonic die and then attached it to the page,

Next 2 pages of my memory book

 

I continued with my Memory Book today and completed another 2 pages. I used First Edition It's a boy patterned paper. The "First Outing" page closes with magnets included underneath the layers. I used the Memory Book elements to make the pages and included a polaroid element also cut with a Tonic die. I printed the text and die cut them with oval dies from a Presscut nesting set.

Family Tree Card

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white easel card with purple and then white embossed card. I embossed the card with a Tattered Lace embossing folder. The family tree die set is by Xcut. I have printed personalised names and then die cut them. I added the flowers and leaves that I cut with a punch. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with Tonic rectangle die from a nesting set and attached it to two larger rectangles before adding it to my card with foam pads for the rectangle to act as a stopper for the easel.

Birthday Card

I have matt and layered the top and bottom of my 8x8in white easel card with pink and then white card.

I added the die cut valance and lattice. I cut these with Cheery Lynn dies. I added the oval with a sentiment attached. I printed a personalised sentimet and die cut it with a Tonic die from a nesting set and added it to larger die cut rectangles before attaching it to the base of my card with 3D foam pads so it acts as stopper for the easel.

When you were born and famous sports men Memory Book pages

I have continued to use the Tonic Memory Book dies.

The plain oval is cut with dies from a Presscut nesting set. The scalloped ovals are cut with dies from a Xcut nesting set. The pop up die is from Crafters Companion.

The balls and trophy are cut with Marianne dies and the football boots are cut using a Sweet Dixie die. A Spellbinders die set used for the details on the sports man page.

Girly Birthday

 

This is my creation for the challenge at craftyhazelnutspatternedpaper

I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with mirror card and white embossed card. This card is from Hobbycraft. I embossed the white card with a Tattered Lace embossing folder. I attached lace and ribbon across the card and then added the stamped image. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Sue Wilson die.

New Baby Card

 

I have made an A4 New Baby card. I matt and layered my card with lilac and white card. I added lace and satin ribbon down my card. I die cut the baby vest with bib and duck using a Sue Wilson die set. I added tonic nuvo drops on the bottom of the vest where the poppers would be. I die cut the lilac and white scalloped ovals using a Go Kreate nesting set and added the sentiment that I cut with a Tonic die. I added this to my card and completed it with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Alicia's Valentine's Card

 

I received Valentine's card off the little darlings that live next door. This is a card I made for the eldest, Alicia.

I have matt and layered the 6x6in white scalloped card with pink and white embossed card.  I added satin ribbon across the card. I die cut the heart using a Spellbinders set.  I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with an oval from a Presscut nesting set and mounted it onto a pink oval cut with the next size die in the nesting set. I attached these elements to my card with foam pads.

Valentine's card for Sophie

 

I received Valentine's card off the little darlings that live next door. This is the personalised card I made for the youngest. I matt and layered my scalloped 6x6in white card with red. then white embossed card and added satin ribbon down my card.   I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it a Sue Wilson banner die and mounted it onto a red banner. I die cut the LOVE with a die from The Works. I cut it in white and red and attached them to my card.

Personalised Birthday Card

I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red card and then gingham card. I distressed and inked all the edges. I used an Image from a Hunkydory book and mounted it onto red card and then attached it to my card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a scalloped circle die from a Spellbinders nesting set and then cut a red circle with the next size die to mount the sentiment before attaching it to the card.  I completed the card with a couple of flower shaped buttons.

Birthday card

 

I have been asked to make a birthday card for a lady that likes rowing. I found the image in a Hunkydory big book. I have mounted the image onto red card. I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red and spotty card. I added the image. I die cut a printed personalised sentiment with a die from a Spellbinders nesting set and used the next size in the set to cut red card to mount the sentiment before adding it to my card. I die cut the flowers using a Lea'bilities die set. I completed my card with gems in the centre of the flowers.

Animal 2nd Birthday Card

I was asked to make a 2nd birthday card with animals. I used various dies from my stash to make the animals. I used Marianne Designs dies to make the deer, giraffe, monkey and elephant. The lion is cut using a Tonic die. I matt and layered my A4 card with kraft card and then yellow and white gingham card from Anna Marie. I inked all the edges before assembling the elements. I printed personalised sentiments and die cut them with an oval die from a Presscut nesting set and mounted onto a larger kraft card oval. The circles are cut using dies from a nesting set from The Works. The number is cut with a Tonic die.

Floral 40th Birthday Card

 

I have made an easel card with a circle cut out of the top with a large die. I cut a few rings using circular dies and glued them together  for a base to attach my flowers. I used Crafters Companion foam flowers collection to make my flowers and foliage. The sentiment is attached to a small piece of acetate, I used a Tonic die to cut the sentiment. I covered the base with red card and die cut the shapes that will include a personalised sentiment using Crafters Companion dies. I attached these to my card with foam pads so they will act as the stopper for my easel. The 40 today are cut with Tattered Lace dies.

40th Birthday Card To Be Personalised

This is a card for my darling nieces to give their Mum for her 40th birthday. I will add a personalised sentiment. I have covered my 8x8in white card with mirror card from Hobbycraft. I embossed the mirror card with a Tattered Lace embossing folder. I die cut the bottle and glasses with dies from a Tonic set. I used a stamp from the same set for the "Est" and then added the banner that I cut with a Sue Wilson die along the with the numbers that I cut with Crafters Companion dies. I die cut the circle with a die from "The Works" and added the larger numbers that I cut with a Tonic die. I die cut the shapes for the sentiment using dies from a Spellbinders nesting set.

New Baby Boy Card

I die cut the baby elements with Sue Wilson dies and added them to my card. I added the new baby's name onto the bib and using letters cut with a Xcut die.  I printed personalised sentiments and cut them with a Crafters Companion die and a Presscut die. I assembled the card and used foam pads for the bib on the bottom so the bib would act as a stopper for my easel card.

50th Birthday Exploding Box

 

This is my design team post over at craftyhazelnutspatternedpaper

I have used a white piece of card and 28.5cm x 28.5cm. I scored the card at 9.5cm and 19cm on both sides resulting in 9 squares. I cut each corner square resulting in a + shape. I cut a scalloped circle with a die from a Xcut nesting set and attached it to a strip of card that I made into a hoop. I die cut the elements to make a paper bow using a Cheery Lynn die. I have cut the numbers using a Tonic die and attached them to the top of the cake using acetate. I covered all panels of the box with paper from a 12x12in pad from The Works. I added the die cut doily design, cut with a Xcut die before attaching the cake. I cut some plastic straws and covered them with paper and satin ribbon before attaching them to the base of my box. I added a strip of card between the straws and then added the bunting with the letters to spell "Happy". I added the "Birthday" on to the base of the box. I cut the letters using a Xcut die. I printed personalised sentiment and die cut them with dies from a oval Presscut nesting set and the sister is cut with a Sue Wilson die.

I made the lid using a 14x14in piece of white card and scored all sides at 2cm. I cut a small slit in the corners of the square and then stuck them together with P.V.A
