Foiled wedding invitation

I have made this DL wedding invitation using my Gemini Foilpress machine. I have matt and layered my cream card with pink card and then cream card. I have foiled the detail onto the cream card before attaching the elements to my card. I completed the invitation with cream satin ribbon.

Sympathy card

A sympathy card is difficult to make but the recipients will know they are in my thoughts.

Pretty Best Wishes Card

This is my DT post for the challenges over at craftyhazelnutspatternedpaper

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with pink and then green and white gingham card. I have distressed and inked all the edges of the layers before attaching them to my card blank. I have used a Hobby House image and added it to a pretty die cut that I cut with a Joy die.

I have added a hessian trim and satin ribbon across my card and the mounted image. I cut the flourishes and sentiment with Cheery Lynn dies. I added the sentiment to a white die cut panel that I cut with a die from a nesting set from The Works. I attached this to my card along with the flourishes. The other floral and pearl embellishments are from my local artificial floral supplies, I added these to my card using my hot glue gun.

Birthday Card

I had to make a quick card so I used a topper from a Hunkydory book.

I matt and layered an 8x8in white card with black card and then red and white spotty card on the top. I attached red satin ribbon around the centre of my card. I mounted the image onto black card and then attached that to the card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a die from a nesting set from The Works. I mounted the sentiment onto the black that I cut with the next size up in the nesting set before attaching it to the card.

Pens to go alongside guest book

I had left it too late to order a pen and stand so I had to come up with another plan

I purchased a pen pot from a stationery department and some purple pens. I covered the pen pot with card and cut a piece to size to cover the top. I die cut a shape in the cover for the pens before adding it to the pot. I decorated the pot with lace and ribbon. I decorated the pens with ribbon, flowers and pearls.

Table Plan

I used a large mount board and matt and layered it with purple and then white card.

 The groom and their children are Welsh speakers so they wanted to incorporate Welsh.   I printed the details. I cut them with my guillotine and mounted them onto purple card. I added 11 lattice (cut with a Cheery Lynn die. I printed the guests names and die cut those with a Go Kreate scalloped oval die. I die the numbers using a Tonic die. I printed "Bwrdd" (table) and die cut with a die from a nesting set from The Works then added the number. I added these to the board. I completed the table plan with pearls and bows.

Wedding Guest Book

I love making these books. It was lovely to hear the comments about it on the weekend.

I have used the first set of Memory Book dies from Tonic Studios.

The books are easy to make but time consuming obviously depending on how elaborate you wish to make them. On this occasion I have stuck to two colours, the colour scheme of the wedding.

Wedding cake exploding box

I made a an exploding box with white card. Firstly I have cut a piece of white card 28.5cm x 28.5cm

I scored the card at 9.5cm and 19cm on all sides. Resulting in 9 squares measuring 9.5cm by 9.5cm. I then cut the corner square off each side leaving you with 4 squares in a + shape.

I matt and layered the panels with lilac and then white card. I made the wedding cake using nesting die cut circles and strips of card. I decorated the cake with lace, ribbon and flowers. I printed personalised sentiments and die cut them with a die from a set from "The Works" and added them to the panels of the box.

I have made a lid for the box using white card. I have cut a piece of white card in a square measuring 14cmx14cm then scored at 2cm  on all sides. I cut a small slit in the corner and then cut a small notch before sticking the corners together with PVA glue. I then attached lilac card on all sides, a die cut circle with a LOVE die cut. This was cut with another die from "The Works". I completed this with flowers from my local artificial floral supplies.

Personalised Wedding Card

I have made an 8x8in white easel card. I have matt and layered the top and the bottom with lilac and white card. I have used the Sue Wilson Eternal Ring die to cut 3 panels for the top of my card. I attached these panels to white card and then attached them to my card. I used a Die'sire quilling flower die to make the flowers. I attached these to my card using hot glue. The other elements I added to the flowers are cut with the die that comes with the quilling die. I die cut ovals with dies from a Presscut nesting set. I added the sentiment that I cut with a Tonic dies. I die cut the personalised sentiment with a Tonic die from a nesting set. The date is in the bottom corner that has been cut with a small Presscut oval die. I completed the card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

I made a box. I decorated the box with lace and ribbon .

Teddy Exploding Box For New Baby

I made this exploding box using the dimensions given in my tutorials. I decorated with various die cuts. Including Marianne pram, train and shoes. Bib and rattle from Sue Wilson. I added the teddy in the centre of the box and added satin ribbon around the lid.

70th Birthday Card

This is my DT post for the challenge over at http://craftyhazelnutspatternedpaper.blogspot.com/

I have cut the book elements using a Tattered Lace set. I foiled two layers with my Gemini Foil Press. I shaped the layers around a rolling pin before adding them to my card using 3D foam pads then I added the bookmark down the centre. I foiled the frames using a Stamp "N" Cut die. I foiled the numbers with a Tonic Numbers die. I printed a personalised sentiment and placed it behind the frame before attaching it to my card. I added a plain background behind the other frame and then the foiled numbers. I made the flowers using a Die'sire quilling die. I have foiled the leaves and other elements on die to add to the flowers. I attached these to the bookmark using hot glue. I completed my card with ribbon at the top of the bookmark.

Personalised Engagement Card

I have made an 8x8in white easel card. I matt and layered the top and bottom with pink and then white embossed card. I used an Embossalicious folder to emboss the white card. I die cut the valance using a Cheery Lynn die and added them to the top of the card. I die cut the lattice with a Cheery Lynn die and added that to the top of my card in between the valance. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Tonic die. I die cut the sentiment on the bottom using a Sue Wilson die and attached it to a rectangle that I die cut with a Tonic die and then added that to a pink rectangle cut with the next size die in the nesting set. I attached this to the base of my card with foam pads so this will act as the stopper for the top of my card. The details I printed for the base of the card I die cut with an oval from a Presscut nesting set.

Friend Birthday Card

I have covered  half of my 8x8in cream card with gold glitter card. I added lace and ribbon across the centre of the card. I stamped the image using a Julie Nutting Stamp. I stamped the dress onto spotty card from Anna Marie. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a die from a Sue Wilson set. I cut the other elements in cream card and gold glitter card. I assembled these elements before attaching it to my card. I die cut the shape that the numbers are on using a die from a nesting set from "The Works" and then added the "4?" using Tattered Lace dies.

Personalised New Baby Card

I was asked to make a personalised new baby card in black and grey. I didn't want to use the usual dies I use for a baby card because I thought they would look odd in the colour scheme. I decided to use the Tonic teddies. I die cut them in grey and black and paper pieced them. I printed the personalised sentiments and die cut them using a Spellbinders nesting set and a nesting set from "The Works". I matt and layered the 8x8in white card with black and then grey card. I covered half of the card with white embossed card, I embossed this card with a Crafts Too embossing folder. I added grey ribbon down the centre of the card. I added the teddies and the sentiments to the card and then completed it with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Personalised engagement card

I have made an 8x8in white easel card. I matt and layered the top and bottom with pink card and white embossed card. I embossed the white card with a Tattered Lace embossing folder. I die cut the panels in pink using a Sue Wilson die. I attached three onto white card and cut around them. I added satin ribbon where two panels meet before attaching it to the top of my card. I made the flowers using a Die'sire die set. I attached the flowers to my card using hot glue. I die cut the leaves and other elements using dies from the set. I printed the sentiments. I die cut the one for the top with a Presscut die from a nesting set and added it to a pink oval cut with the next size up in the nesting set. I die cut the main sentiment using a Tonic rectangle die from a nesting set and  added it to a pink rectangle cut with next size up in the set. I attached these to the base of my card with foam pads so it will act as the stopper for my easel. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

New Baby Card

I have matt and layered my white A4 card with pink and white embossed card. I rounded the corners of these layers with a punch. I have die cut the elements using Sue Wilson New Arrival Shadow Box die set. I have die cut the ovals with dies from a Presscut nesting set. I will print a personalised sentiment and die cut it to add to the card when I have received the details.

Grandson 21st Birthday Card

Another card for my son's 21st birthday. A card for his Grandpa to give him.

I have used the Tonic Studio Milestone dies for the Fabulous at 21. I matt and layered my A4 card with red, navy and white embossed card. I embossed the white card with an Embossalicious embossing folder. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Tonic Studios rectangle die from a nesting set. I mounted it onto a navy rectangle cut with the next size die in the nesting set. I printed a photograph of my sons car and added that to complete the card.

Wedding gift tag

I made this gift tag for a wedding gift. I die cut the tag with Die'sire Create a Card Base Nesting set dies. I added lace, ribbon, floral embellishments and a die cut flourish. I punched a hole in the top of the tag to add ribbon so the tag can be attached to the gift.

Personalised Wedding Card

I was asked to make a personalised wedding card in pink and silver grey.

I have matt and layered the 8x8in white card with pink card and grey card. I added lace across the card and then satin pink ribbon. I added various floral embellishments from my local artificial floral supplies. I also added die cut flourishes that I cut with a Cheery Lynn die. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut with a Sizzix heart die from a nesting set. I completed my card with the sentiment and flat back pearls.

21st Birthday Card

My son is 21 tomorrow. Time has flown by since having him.

He loves his car. I have printed a selection of photos to add to the front of his birthday card.

I covered my 8x8in white card with dark blue card. I added photographs to the card and then added a personalised sentiment. I printed the sentiment and die cut it with a Presscut oval die from a nesting set and attached it to a dark blue oval before adding it to the card. I die cut the numbers with Marianne dies and added them to a white shape that I cut with a die from "The Works"

Wedding Place Setting

I have made cream tent fold place settings. I matt and layered the front with lilac and then cream paper with the guests name printed. I attached satin ribbon across the front and added a small heart embellishment.

Prosecco card

I have made a 6x6in card. I matt and layered my card with purple card and then white embossed card. I die cut the elements using dies from a Sweet Dixie set. Paper pieced the bottle and glasses. I die cut the oval with a die from a Presscut nesting set, I attached the sentiment to this before attaching to my card.

85th Birthday Card

This is my DT project for the challenge at craftyhazelnutspatternedpaper

I have covered my 8x8in white card with turquoise card and pretty paper. I distressed and inked all edges. I die cut the trellis design with a Sue Wilson die. I die cut the hearts with dies from a Sizzix nesting set. I added the numbers that I cut with a Tonic die. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Crafts Too oval scalloped die. I added various embellishments from my stash, I cut the small hearts with a punch. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops,
