Halloween bags

I have used a Tonic die set to make this bag for my neighbours children.

I made the base of the bag using white 300gsm card. I added black and orange card to decorate and added the image that I printed off the internet and die cut with a Tonic rectangular die from a nesting set. I printed the girls names and die cut them with a die from a Spellbinders nesting set. I added a bat to complete. I have filled the bag with sweets wrapped in tissue paper.

New Baby Card

 

I have matt and layered the top and bottom of my easel card with blue and white embossed card. I added lace and ribbon to the top and base of my card. I die cut the baby themed elements with Sue Wilson dies. The printed personalised sentiments are die cut them with Spellbinders dies from a nesting set.

Church Window Christmas Card

 

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red card and then embossed Kraft card. I inked the embossed background and rounded the corners with a punch. I cut the window with a Memory Box die in black card and then paper pieced it with cream card. I die cut the poinsettia with Tattered Lace dies. I added flat backed pearl embellishments to the centre of the poinsettia. I die cut the flourishes with a Cherry Lynn die and the candles with a Marianne die. I assembled all these elements on my card with P.V.A. and hot glue. I die cut the sentiment with a Elizabeth Craft Designs die and added this to my card with a poinsettia.

Snowflake Christmas Card

I have used an 8x8in white card. I have matt and layered it with red and gold card.  I die cut a Create a Card die in white card and mounted it onto red card and the white card before attaching it to my card. I added snowflakes (cut with a punch) to the corners of my card and completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops and satin ribbon.

3rd Birthday Card

 

I have matt and layered my 8x8xin white scalloped card with pink glitter card, white embossed card (using a Tattered Lace embossing folder) and pink card. I have used an image from a Hunkydory Little Book and mounted it onto pink card before attaching it to my card. I attached lace and ribbon down the card. The sentiment has been printed and die cut with a Spellbinders die from a nesting set then attached to the same shape in pink glitter card using the next die in the nesting set. I die cut the 3 using a Marianne die and attached it to white and pink circles before attaching to my card.  I completed my card with some gems in the bottom corner.

Cousin 16th Birthday Card

 

This 6x6in scalloped edge white card. I have covered it with patterned paper. I die cut the numbers and background using Tonic Studios dies. I printed a personalised sentiment centre and die cut it with a circle die and mounted it onto a purple circle. I attached these elements to my card.

Niece Sweet 16th Birthday Card

 

I have matt and layered my 8x8in scalloped white card with lilac card and embossed purple mirror card. 

I have used the Smile die from Sheena Douglas and cut into it to make the "Sweet" for this card. 

I die cut the numbers using a Tonic die added them to the circle before attaching to my card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a die from a Spellbinders nesting set. I layered this onto bigger size shapes before attaching it to my card. I completed my card with small flowers that I cut with a Cheery Lynn die and added Tonic Nuvo drops to the centre of the flowers.

16th Birthday Card

 

I have matt and layered my 8x8in scalloped card with red and white embossed card. I printed images including MAC makeup and the MAC logo. I also printed a personalised sentiment. I die cut the sentiment using a scalloped oval die from a Xcut nesting set and attached it to a larger red scalloped circle. I attached the logo and then the mounted sentiment. I mounted the makeup image onto red card and attached it to my card. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Brother Birthday Card

 

I have matt and layered my A4 card with navy card, yellow card and white embossed card and added navy satin ribbon down the sides. 

I printed the picture of Waffle the Wonder Dog and cut it out before mounting it onto red and yellow card. Then I attached it to my card. I die cut the heart and ovals in red card and placed them onto my card so they look like the heart paw elements in the picture. I added the 2 to the heart that I cut with a Marianne die. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Tonic Studios rectangular die from a nesting set. I die cut yellow, red and navy rectangles with dies from the Tonic nesting set and mounted the sentiment onto these rectangles before adding it to my card. I completed my card with stars cut with a punch on the background.

Peppa Pig Birthday Card

 

I have covered my A4 card with blue card. I then added stripy patterned paper to one side of my card. I added satin ribbon down my card at end of patterned paper. I printed an image of Peppa Pig and a personalised sentiment. I mounted the image onto pink card, then stripy paper and then pink card. I die cut the sentiment using a Go Kreate circle die and mounted in onto a blue circle before attaching it to my card. I die cut the star  and number with Tonic dies. I added the number to the star and then attached it to my card. I assembled all the other elements onto my card and then completed it will some buttons.

New Baby Exploding Box

I have used  white card to make the exploding box layers. The first layer is 28.5cm by 28.5cm. I scored the card at 9.5cm and 19cm on both sides resulting in 9 squares. Cut the corner off each side leaving a +.

I used the same technique for the next layer. This layer is 24cm by 24cm. I scored this layer at 8cm and 16cm on both sides. I cut the corner off each side leaving a +

I made the lid using a 14cmx14cm piece of card. I scored each side at 2cm. I cut a slit in each corner of the box and stuck them together with P.V.A.

I used First Edition It's a girl patterned papers to decorate the box. I added various die cuts on the first layer and then personalised details on the top layer. I die cut the details using a die from a nesting from The Works. I made the shoes using elements cut with a Joy die. I added flat backed gems to embellish the box and added lace and ribbon around the lid.

Harry Potter Birthday Card

 

This is my project for the challenge over at craftyhazelnutspatternedpaper

I have matt and layered my scalloped edge 8x8in white card with red card and the yellow and white gingham card.

I printed the image and mounted it onto red card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a scalloped circle die from a Xcut nesting set. I cut a red scalloped circle so I could mount the sentiment. I attached these elements to my card. I completed my card with stars that I cut with a punch and Tonic Nuvo drops.

18th Birthday Card

 

I have made this personalised card for my special nephew who is celebrating his 18th birthday next week.

I have covered my 8x8in white card with navy card. I die cut the trellis using a Tonic die. I used a die from this set to cut the printed sentiment. I matt and layered my topper with navy and blue card. I die cut the anchor and numbers in blue card. The numbers are cut with Marianne dies.

Mary and Joseph Christmas Card

 

I have made an 8x8in white easel card. I have covered the top and bottom with card from the Crafters Companion Nativity 12x12in paper pad. I die cut the Mary and Joseph element in gold mirror card and attached that to my card and then cut the them again in light blue, burgundy, pink and white to enable me to paper piece the element. I used dies from a Spellbinders nesting set to cut the shapes added to my card. I added the gold mirror and white shapes in the top corner of my card with the sentiment attached. The sentiment is cut with a Sue Wilson die. I have cut white and gold stripes to add to the bottom of my card. I added navy satin ribbon to the card stripes, and attached this to the bottom of my card with foam pads so it will act as a stopper for my easel card.  I used the Spellbinder nesting set to cut the elements for the base, the white element will include a personalised sentiment closer the to Christmas.

Z Fold Christmas Card

 

I have made a Z fold card using an 8x8in white card.

I folded the front in half and then covered the two front panels and the inside with patterned paper from the Crafters Companion Nativity 12x12in pad. I added the Z that I had made using plain white card and the same patterned paper.  I cut the nativity scene and sentiment in gold mirror card and kraft card. I attached these elements to my card together so the kraft card is a drop shadow. I die cut the shapes on the front of the card using dies from a Spellbinder nesting set. I die cut the largest shape in mirror card. The white shape will include a personalised sentiment at a later  date.

An A4 New Baby Girl card. I have matt and layered my white card with lilac and then white card. I added the lace and satin ribbon with bow down my card.  I die cut the lilac and white scalloped ovals with a Crafts Too nesting die set. I added the die cut sentiment to the ovals. I used a Tonic Studios die to cut the sentiment. I used a Sue Wilson die set to cut the baby vest. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Anniversary card

 

I have matt and layered my white 8x8in card with red and then kraft card. I added  a panel of white embossed card down one side of my card blank. I have used a Tattered Lace embossing folder. I attached satin ribbon down the centre of my card. I die cut the teddies using a Tonic Studios die. I die cut the teddies in kraft card and paper pieced the individual elements with the kraft card and red card. I completed the teddies with black Tonic Nuvo drops for the eyes and then attached them to my card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a die from a Xcut nesting set and  die cut the next size in kraft card to attach the sentiment to before adding it to my card. I completed my card with stars that I cut with a punch.

Uncle Birthday Card

 

I have used a Hunkydory piece of card with a Border Terrier . I matt and layered my cream card with bronze card and then the piece of card with terrier cut to size. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Spellbinders die from a nesting set and added it to a bronze shape cut with the next size up in nesting set.

Fox Birthday Card

This is a 6x6in white easel card. I have used the patterned paper and toppers from my latest papercraft magazine. I matt and layered the top and bottom with burgundy card from my stash and the patterned paper from the magazine. I added satin down the top and bottom of my card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a die from a nesting set from The Works. I added the fox topper and the sentiment to the top of my card. I added a sentiment from the magazine onto burgundy card and attached it to the base of my card with foam pads to act as the stopper for the easel.

Memory Book page 4

 

I have used a Crafters Companion Twist and Pop die to embellish this Memory Book page.

I covered the page with red card then used smaller dies in the set to make a base for the twist and pop die cut. I cut photographs to add to the twist and pop with dies included in the set.

Another Memory Book page

 

I have covered the page of the memory book with red glitter card and then white card. I used the smaller dies in the set to make the page elements and attached the photos to them. I added the straps with magnets to hold the photos into place.

Memory book page

 

The next page in my memory book using Tonic dies. I covered my page with black and white spotty paper and then added just over half a page of white card to create a pocket.  I covered the half page with red card. I cut the shape for the sentiment using a die from a nesting set from The Works. I stamped and die cut the sentiment using a set from Crafters Companion and attached it to the pocket. I die cut the photographs using the same die set from The Works and added them onto a red background.

Memory Book Page

I have started making a Memory Book using Tonic Studios Dies. I die cut the page in white card and matt and layered it with black and white spotty card. Cutting the 3rd layer in half to create a pocket. I die cut "Smile" with a Sheena Douglass die. I used a Tonic die to cut the tags and added photos to the tags.

I made this card for a friend that is going through a difficult time.

I have used a cream DL card. I matt and layered the card with kraft card and cream card. I die cut the elements in kraft card. The sentiment is a Tonic die and the flourish and butterfly are Cheery Lynn dies.

Heart Birthday Card

I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with black card and the pink embossed card. I die cut the heart in black and pink card. I printed a sentiment and die cut it with a banner die from Sue Wilson and then added it to a black banner. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.
