My 6yr old niece's pop up box card

This is not my creation but one that my little niece, Lily made today. Using various dies and  card from my stash. She is so proud of her creation. I thought it should be shared on my blog!!

18th Birthday card

These keys I have been using on 18th birthday are very popular. This is a card for my son and his girlfriend to give one of their friends. 

I have used a scalloped 8x8in white card and matt and layered it with purple card and half of it with white embossed, I used a Crafts Too embossing folder. I have used self adhesive lace ribbon across the card. I have decorated the key with flowers and then attached it to me card with my glue gun. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Presscut oval die and then mounted it on a purple and white oval cut using the next sizes in the Presscut nesting set. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Poinsettia Christmas Card

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red and white embossed card, I embossed the white card using a Crafts Too embossing folder. I have die cut the  trellis using a Tonic die and then die cut the poinsettia using a Marianne die,  holly flourish using a Cheery Lynn die and the candles using a Marianne die. I assembled all the elements together and then added them to my card. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops and flat backed pearls

Car birthday card

A birthday card for a car lover. This is a car the recipients owns. I have covered my 8x8in white card with Anna Marie gingham card. I have printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Go Kreate die and then die cut the next sizes in the nesting set in tan and brown card. I printed the photo and mounted that on gingham card before adding it to my card. I completed my card with buttons from my stash.

Thank you card

This is a thank you card for the lovely staff at the Cardiac Monitoring Unit my Mother-in-law has been on for the past couple of weeks.

 I have used a 8x8in white card and covered it with turquoise card. I have then cut the decorative strips in turquoise with a Sue Wilson die. I backed these die cuts with white card before attaching them to each side of my card. I embossed white card with a Crafts Too embossing folder and attached that down the centre of my card. I then printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a die from a nesting set from The Works, I used the next die in the set to cut turquoise card to mount the sentiment. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

18th birthday card

This is a personalised 18th birthday card for my sons girlfriend. I have used the Tattered Lace essential book die. I have used the dies to cut purple and white layers alternatively. I have embossed the white layers with a Crafts Too embossing folder, I attached these layers to an A4 card after curling the layers around a rolling pin. I have added a 18th key, I picked these up from Home Bargains, they are like the keys that were once popular in boxes as keepsakes. I have added flowers to decorate the key. I have used a Go Kreate scalloped ovals. I cut one oval in purple and then printed a personalised sentiment and die cut with the next size down in the nesting set. I die cut the bookmarks that come with the book dies. I cut this in purple and white and embossed the white to match the book. I added purple ribbon to the bookmark. The "18 today" is die cut with Tattered Lace dies and I added that to the bookmark. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Snowglobe card

I so need to crack on with my Christmas cards. I have made some but I still have loads to make.

I have matt and layered this card with blue, silver and white embossed card, I have used a Creative Expression embossing folder and a Sue Wilson die to cut the snowglobe. I have added sticky back lace ribbon. I die cut the sentiment using a Crafts Too die, I cut it in blue and silver card and slightly offset when attaching them to my card. I added green card for the holly in the bottom of the snowglobe

Ice skating girls

I have printed a Lili of the Valley image and coloured it with Spectrum Noir pencils, then I die cut it with a Tonic rectangle die.  I have used a 8x8in white scalloped edge card and covered it with Anna Marie gingham card, I have then added a strip of white embossed card that I embossed with a Crafts Too embossing folder. I added sticky backed lace ribbon to the edges of the embossed card. I then attached the image. I die cut a lamp and a pair of ice skates to add to my card and then completed with Tonic Nuvo drops and Tonic Glitter Accents.

Glittery perfume bottles birthday card

I have used a scalloped 8x8in white card and matt and layered it with dark brown pearlised card and gold card. I then used the Sue Wilson eternal ring and cut it three times in the brown card. I then attached them together on white card stock using P.V.A. I cut around this and then attached it to my card. I die cut the decorative part of the Sue Wilson perfume bottles in the dark brown card and then attached some double sided sticky sheets to white card and die cut them with perfume bottle shapes. I attached the decorative piece of the bottles to the stick side and then covered with Tonic Nuvo gold glitter. I attached the perfume bottles to my card with foampads. I printed a personalised sentiment. Using the same technique as the bottles, I used the Sue Wilson Oslo die and then added the sentiment, I added this to the card using foam pads.  I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Elf Christmas Card

I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with green and white embossed card. I embossed the white card with a Crafters Companion embossing folder. I die cut the trellis with a Cheery Lynn die, I then backed the trellis onto plain white card and then attached it to the card. I cut a white oval with a Presscut die and added the sentiment that I die cut with a Crafts Too die. I then die cut the elf with a Tonic studio die in green card and then paper pieced with red, gold and pink. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Bunny card

This card is for my DT post at http://movingalongwiththetimes.blogspot.co.uk/. I have used papers that came with the Quick cards made easy magazine. I have used various die cuts including the Marianne mushroom, Marianne bird box and bird, The butterflies are cut with a die I had free with a magazine. The tiny flowers are cut with a Cheery Lynn die and the larger flowers and cut with a punch. I have added flat backed pearls to the larger flowers. 

I covered my 8x8in white scalloped card with the patterned paper then added the various die cuts and the image.

Baby Girl Teddy card

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with pink and white embossed card, rounding the corners with a punch. I embossed the white card using a Tattered Lace embossing folder. I die cut the trellis using a Cheery Lynn die in pink and tan card and slightly offset when sticking them onto my card. I die cut a white oval using a Presscut die and added the sentiment that I cut using a Tonic die. I also cut this in pink and tan and slightly offset them when sticking them down.  I attached the oval to the trellis. I die cut the teddies using a Tonic die in tan card and then pieced all the elements into place adding pink and red elements too. I completed my card with flat-backed pearls.

Pop up box card

This is my first attempt at a pop up box. I have used the patterned papers that came in the latest Quick Cards Made Easy. I thought the papers were perfect for my father-in-law so I decided to try this to make him something completely different. I have made the box and covered all the panels with the patterned paper. I have die cut various elements to embellish my box. I die cut a Cheery Lynn trellis and cut into it to cut it to size, I added the flourish to this, also cut with a Cheery Lynn die, I completed this panel with flowers cut with a punch,  I die cut the wheel barrow, watering can, fork and spade with Lea'bilities dies. I cut grass to add to the wheelbarrow and tiny flowers. The birdhouse and bird are cut using Marianne dies. The dragon fly is cut using a free die. I attached some of the flowers and the bird with acetate.

On your special day card

I have used an 8x8in white card and folded the front. I folded the front in half then half again. In between these folds I have added the die cuts which are cut with a Tonic header die. I then matt and layered the panels with purple card then white embossed card. I embossed the white card using an Embossalicious embossing folder, I then added the die cut sentiment that I cut with a Sue Wilson die. I added die cut butterflies. I completed my card with gems on the embossing and the butterflies

Spring bunnies card

I printed some digital images and papers. I matt and layered my card with green card, rounding the corners with a punch. I cut the yellow paper to size and embossed it with a Tattered Lace embossing folder, I die cut the bunny image with a Tonic rectangle die and then cut the next size in the set in green to mount my image. I cut a panel of another colour paper in the set and mounted it onto the green card. I embossed some white card with a strip Tattered Lace embossing folder. I assembled all these elements adding a yellow lacy trim to the white embossed card. I die cut daffodils using Lea creatif dies to embellish my card. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Joy to the world Christmas card

A quick simple card today to try the technique I used earlier in the week to add glitter to my projects. I have used double sided adhesive sheets and stuck my Joy to the World die cut to it. I used a Sue Wilson die for this. I then added Tonic Nuvo glitter, I prepared my 6x6in white card by matt and layering with gold, red and white embossed card. I embossed the white card using a Crafts Too embossing folder. I then attached the sentiment.

Poinsettia Christmas card

I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red and gold card. I cut a piece of white card to size then cut the oval out of it using a Presscut die. I then embossed the white card with an Embossalicious embossing folder. I cut a red oval ring with two oval dies and added that to the centre of the cut oval. The white oval with include a personalised sentiment closer to Christmas.

I have die cut the poinsettia with Sue Wilson dies and the holly flourish with a Cheery Lynn die and then arranged them around the oval. I completed my card with flat backed pearls
