All organised with my new storage

     

I have used magazine files to organise my card stock. I wanted them reasonably priced because I needed so many.  These were 75p for 4 from Ikea.  I have used a Sink tidy as an organiser for my desk. This was £1.50 from Wilko

Thank you card

Blogging has been a bit slow because I have had the huge task of sorting my stash in preparation for a new cupboard and my cupboard didn't arrive yesterday like it should have

I had to take a break from that because I had requests and DT projects to do

I have matt and layered my card with purple and white embossed card. I embossed the white card with an Embossalicious folder. I die cut the Trellis with a Cheery Lynn die in purple and white and slightly offset them when sticking them down. I cut the flowers with various dies including Tattered Lace and Cheery Lynn dies. I printed the sentiment and die cut it with a Presscut oval die and die the next size in the nesting set in purple to mount the sentiment. I die cut the flourishes and butterfly with Cheery Lynn dies. I assembled all the die cuts and then completed my card with gems.

A special day

This is my card for my DT post over at digichoosday.

The challenge is Wk 4 - anything goes.

 I have used images and papers from the Winnie Fruit Punch Collection.

I have made a 5x7in card and covered it with pink card. I cut my sweet image out and mounted on paper from the collection. I also used other elements from the design sheet. I completed my card with paper roses

Thank you card

This is my card for my DT post over at movingalongwiththetimes. The challenge is #37-swirls and/or curls

I have made this card for the Doctor that has played a part in caring for my Mother-in-law in hospital for the past couple of weeks. 

I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red card and white embossed card. I embossed the white card with an Embossalicious embossing folder. I have used an image from a Hunkydory little book and mounted that on red card. I printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Go Kreate die. I die cut the size in the nesting set in red card and mounted the sentiment. I completed the card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Cute Valentine's Day Card

This is my card for my Design Team post over at DigiChoosday. Come along and join in, the theme is anything goes

I have used polkadoodles, winnie-wonderland, design-sheet-7.

I have printed these gorgeous images to make a Valentine's card. I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red and white embossed card. I cut out the various elements. I attached the striped ribbon down the card and then added squares of black and teal card. I inked all the edges of my elements before adding them to my card. I also added a printed personalised sentiment.

This is a project I have been working on today. This is the first time I have used this Groovi board.

It's not great, I need more practice.

Winter Scene

This card is for my DT post at digichoosday the challenge is anything goes

I have used a beautiful winnie-winterland design sheet to make this card.

I printed the image then cut it out and inked the edges. I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with pink and white card. The white card on the top section is embossed using an Embossalicious embossing folder. I have die cut a scene using various Marianne dies and then attached my image. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo glitter accent.

80th birthday card for retired Master

I have found an image and mounted it on red card cutting the image and the red card with Tonic dies from a nesting set. I matt and layered my 8x8in white card with red and then white card. I have printed a personalised sentiment on the white card before cutting it to size. I cut a wide strip of and green gingham card and attached it to my card before the image. I die cut an 80 in red with Tattered Lace dies. I cut the shapes in red and white using a nesting set from "The Works" and then attached the numbers to them. I completed my card with red stars cut with a punch.

New baby card

I have covered my 8x8in white card with some patterned paper from my stash. I die cut the pink strips using a Die'sire ribbon threading die. I used pink satin ribbon to thread through the die cut. I die cut the small elements using Sue Wilson dies and shoes with Marianne dies in pink card. I embossed a small rectangle of white card using a Crafts Too embossing folder and mounted that onto pink card. I die cut the pierced flag and sentiment with Sue Wilson dies. I completed my card with Tonic Nuvo drops.

Diolch (Thank You) Card

This my for card for the challenge over at https://digichoosday.blogspot.co.uk/

I have made a Thank you card for my sons to give their grandparents. Diolch is Welsh for Thanks

I have used an image from the lovely Winston collection at Polkadoodles. I have made a 5x7in white card and matt and layered it with turquoise card and polka card from Anna Marie. I have also used the turquoise card to layer the image. I have rounded the edges of all these elements with a punch. I have die cut the pierced flags with Sue Wilson dies in turquoise and white. I die the Welsh sentiment with a Tattered Lace die. I love these Welsh sentiment dies because they are very useful for me because I have Welsh speaking sons but I wish a company would make bigger ones. I cut some of the Polkadoodles flowers to embellish my card.

Gardener Card

I have been asked to make a card for a gentleman who likes gardening. I struggle with card for me but these little Hunkydory books do make it a little easier.

This is for the challenges over at craftyhazelnutspatternedpaper

I have covered my 8x8in white card with green card. I have cut a piece of gingham card from Anna Marie to stick down the card. I mounted the image on some tan card. I printed a sentiment and die cut it with a Presscut oval die and die cut the next size oval die  from the nesting die set in tan to mount the sentiment. I completed my card with a die cut watering can.
