Love the 80s

My post today is for the challenge over at movingalongwiththetimes. The theme is So 80s. I absolutely love 80s music!!

I  have matt and layered my 8x8in white with red, yellow card and then white embossed card. I have printed a picture and die cut it with a Xcut scalloped circle die from a nesting set and die cut the next size in the set in red to layer the picture. I have die cut a Happy Birthday sentiment with a Tonic Studios die in yellow and red card. I have offset them slightly when sticking them on the card. I have completed the card with a few gems.

Christening Card

A Christening card that have made as an order. I will add a personalised sentiment to the white oval when I have been given the details.

I have matt and layered a 8x8in white card with pink and white embossed card. I have embossed the white card using a Tattered Lace embossing folder. I have used a Spellbinders set of crosses to create the cross in pink and mirror card. I have die cut a trellis in white and one in pink using a Cheery Lynn die. I slightly offset them when I stuck them down. I die cut a scalloped oval in pink using a die from a Go Kreate nesting set. I will print a personalised sentiment and die cut it with the next size down in the Go Kreate scalloped oval set. I used double sided tape to stick the pink oval onto the trellis. I embellished the trellis with flat backed pearls.

13th birthday card for Ethan

A 13th birthday card for a football player. I have used a 8x8in white and covered it with red embossed card. I have printed a Cardiff City FC badge and die  cut it with a Tonic Studios die and cut the next size in the set in dark blue to layer the badge. I have printed a personalised sentiment and die it with a Go Kreate die and cut the next size in the set again in dark blue to layer, I have die cut the cup in mirror card for a realistic look using a Marianne die. I have used Marianne dies to cut the numbers. I have used a punch to cut stars in blue to complete the card.

Sister Birthday Card

I have used a white 8x8in white card. I have used a Tonic Studios die to cut the side of the card. I have cut the flowers from the die in red. I have matt and layered the card with red and white card using the outer edge of the die to shape the edge. I have printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Go Kreate scalloped oval from a nesting set and cut the next size in red to layer it. I have completed the card with pearls on the flowers and Tonic Nuvo drops.

Baby boy card

I have had a request for a baby boy card but we are still waiting for the arrival for the details which I will print and will be where the white rectangle is.

I have used blue and white gingham paper to cover the top of 8x8in white easel card. I have die cut the trellis with a Cheery Lynn die in white and backed it with plain blue card. The train, shoes and Baby are all cut using Marianne dies. I have die cut the train and shoes in blue card and the Baby in white. I die a scalloped oval using a Go Kreate die in blue card. I assembled all these on the top of the card. 

I used the gingham paper to make a stopper on the bottom of the card. I die cut the pram using a Marianne die in blue and mirror card.

Deer Card

My first project  with the cute Marianne dies. I have matt and layered my 8x8in white card with baby pink, bright pink and white embossed card. I embossed the white card with a Xcut embossing folder. I curved the edges with a punch. I cut a tree with a Memory Box die. I cut layers of green card with a grass die by Memory box. I cut the deer in beige, baby pink and dark brown. I positioned them in the grass. I cut the fence in brown with a Memory Box die. I completed the card with flowers on the tree and a few flowers in the grass both types of  flowers are cut with a punch and I added flat backed pearls to them.

I have used the Groovi baby plate with Garden bird with branch, the circle nesting plate and the straight piercing plate and coloured my image with Spectrum Noir pencils. I have used corner punch 02. I cut around the square with Pergamano scissors, I am finding the cutting a challenge but I'm going to keep trying.

I have used a 8x8in white card and matt and layered with yellow and white embossed card, I embossed  the white card with a Tattered Lace embossing folder. I mounted my parchment on dark blue card.

Bike 18th Birthday card

A 18th birthday for one of my son's mates. I have used a topper from the Hunkydory second little book of decoupage. This has been very useful for the male card I have had to make recently. Floral Heart card

A card I have made after having some inspiration from Anna Marie, I bought some of her products at Ally Pally on Saturday. I watched her Create and Craft show from Friday today on catch up she is so talented.

I have used her patterned paper on my A4 card. I used the Microbead strawberries, pearl strands and berries from Anna Marie, I have also used various flowers from my stash. I die cut a heart in acetate and stuck all the embellishments on to it using Pin Flair. I printed the personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Sizzix scalloped oval.

Son 18th birthday card

Engagement card

A personalised engagement that I have been asked to make. I have made an A4 card. I have used  the Tattered Lace Essentials Book Die, I have cut the elements in pink and white. I have embossed the white elements with a Crafts Too dotty folder. 

I have used a decoupage on one side of my card. I have printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a GoKreate die. I cut a small flourish with a Cheery Lynn die. I assembled these elements and embellished with flowers and handmade stick pins. I have die cut a Congratulations sentiment and glued on the bookmark. I  completed my card with ribbon and flat backed pearls.

I have rounded the corners with a punch and put into onto red card. I have printed a personalised sentiment and die cut it with a Sizzix scalloped heart die. I have assembled the card using dounble sided sticky tape and completed the card with blue buttons.

Heart card

This card is for the challenge over at 2creativechicks the theme is anything goes

A 8x8in white card. I have matt and layered my card with pink card and white card. I have embossed white card with a Tattered Lace embossing folder. I have die cut the heart using a Tattered lace die.

I have positioned these on my card and completed my card with satin ribbon
